Routine for gym aspirants





Looking fit and healthy is everyone’s first wish. But it is not easy as obesity and fat is the most common problem. It needs so much hard work to maintain a good-looking appearance. Gym is a common option which can help in maintaining the figure or make the body fit. With doing gym there are also some general things which must be in daily routine to get a perfect figure with fit and healthy body:
·         First of all daily routine of sleeping and wake-up should be changed. Here the phrase “Early to bed and early to rise, makes us healthy, wealthy and wise” must be followed. May be it is not easy in starting but it really works. Because early sleeping boost the strength of body for exercise of next morning . ·         Eat healthy foods with low calorie value and reach in protein. Take a diet in which fresh fruits and vegetables are included.
·         Drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water in a day. It will help to increase the metabolic rate of the body and also helpful for glowing skin.
·         Set a fitness goal and know how much minimum effort is necessary daily to achieve it. Try to do it daily at any cost.
·         Workout should be done according to personal stamina. Too much work out can harm and injure the body which can spoil the whole life.
·         Ask the trainer to mark the body parts which needs more effort and do exercise according to target area.
·          Simultaneously with gym also do some yoga techniques, it help in keep the mind out of stress and enhance the inner beauty.
·         Say strictly No to smoking and drinking because these can slow down the performance and also injurious for health.
·         Choose a role model who is fit and healthy, and follow him or her. It will encourage when get bored from daily routine.
·         Never use any steroid which is easily available in market and make a fake promise to elevate energy level. It might disturb the hormonal level of the body.
